Dental hygiene isn’t the answer
Very often, we don’t understand why our teeth decay, even if we regularly clean them. There is a myth that a good teeth condition is heritable, but usually it depends on the level of calcium in the blood. It is a factor which affects dental health no less than dental hygiene.
If the calcium level in the blood is under 2,1mmol/l, in medicine it is called hypocalcaemia.
In the long term lack of calcium in the blood can lead to:
